Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on the Pokemon FRLG site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes all of the following (as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512):

• Your physical or electronic signature (as the copyright owner or authorized agent).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that should be removed or disabled (e.g. URL or description of the page/content).
• Your contact information: address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Send the notice to our designated agent at: support@pokemonfrlg.net. Please use the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice” so we can process it promptly.

Counter-Notification

If we remove content based on a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was mistaken (e.g. misidentification or fair use), you may send a counter-notification that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate access for users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
